The Legislative Branch is apart of the United States Government along with the Executive Branch and the Judicial Branch. The Legislative Branch is comprised of the House of Representatives and the Senate, which as a whole is called Congress. Congress is specifically in charge of initiate revenue bills, impeach federal officials, and elect the President in the case of an electoral college tie.
